Preparation of Prefeasibility/Site Survey Report.
2.Finalization of tender contract.
3.Site execution and co-ordination with Developer, Consultants & Architect.
4.Preparation of Daily/Weekly work progress report.
5.Responsible for execution of MEP-Electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, Fire alarm,CCTV works along with interior
6. Completion of the project within a specified budget allocated manpower and within a time limit.
7. Assisting Project Manager and General Manager in their work by keeping them updated about project status.
8. Maintaining inward, outward registers, daily manpower reports.
9.Bills certification, measurement of work done by vendors.
This opening is for Pan India level. Profile requires traveling outstation

Candidates from PAN INDIA and have handled Project Management. Worked / working in Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurants Group / Retails / Malls / Service Industry etc.
